The ALLCLEAR^® MA100 is a popular 230V mobile fume extraction and filtration unit for welding and grinding, equipped with a 3-metre arm. It is one of the most compact and economical extraction units in the ALLCLEAR range. With cleanable cartridge filter for extended filter life, the MA100 offers significantly lower operating costs vs units with traditional 'box filters'. A special deflector plate above the filter further extends filter life and virtually eliminates the risk of fire. Convenient access door allows for in-situ cleaning, and avoids operator exposure to collected fume dust. Mounted on casters for mobility, and operates off single-phase ~230V 10A power supply.

***Aluminium dust, including grinding dust, can be explosive when airborne, and for this reason, fume extractors and downdraft tables should not be used for extraction of aluminium grinding dust (this does not apply to aluminium welding fumes, which can be safely extracted). Oil mist and gases can also cause explosion. Water vapour will damage the filter.
****Power plug not included.  Requires 415V plug, with amperage 10A or higher. Plug should be fitted by a qualified electrician. Unit does not have automatic phase rotation. Phase rotation of plug wiring, to ensure correct rotation/direction of extractor fan, depends on phase wiring at the premises/facility of use.
