If one of your item's weight is 25kgs or above, you will need to provide assistance with unloading. If assistance is not available, you will need to book a truck with a Hydraulic Tailgate for the receiving addresses.
For larger items You must have a forklift or other lifting method available at the receiving addresses. If you do not have the appropriate lifting equipment, you must select the Hydraulic Tail lift option.
