Our highly trained full-time professional staff, along with our fully equipped service and repair workshop ensures that we handle all your tools regardless of the brand type with great care.

We make sure your tools are personally audited and any issues arising from your machinery will be fixed and repaired in minimum time.

 

 

What spare parts are used?

 

You can rest assured that we use top quality and long-lasting genuine spare parts

 

 

How to get a repair done?

 

Should you require service or repairs on your tools or products please do fill in the online service and repair form here and come over and visit us thereafter.

  • Make sure you bring your proof of purchase with a warranty.

 

 

What happens if repaired items are not picked up?

 

Items not collected within 6 months of being given to repair are subject to be available for resale by C & L Tool Centre

 

 

Charges:

 

  • We charge a quote fee of $20* on small items if not repaired. This is to be paid upfront.
  • If you go ahead with the repair the quoted charge comes off the total cost of repair.
  • Larger items attract a larger quote fee depending on the time taken, including items such as Demolition/Jack Hammer.
