If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with products that have been supplied to you, you may return the goods to us within 7 days of you receiving the order for a full refund EXCLUDING the freight and Freight Protection. For goods delivered with free shipping, the cost of freight will be deducted from the refund. For some products, a restocking fee may be incurred.
All goods must be returned in original packaging, unused and include the following details:
We reserve the right to refuse a credit on goods if we believe the goods have been damaged or used, therefore a credit will only be issued to you once goods have passed our inspection.
Return freight costs will be covered by the customer.
For Hafco products, a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.
