Warranty
All Warranty claims can be dealt with at your closest authorised repair agent or dealer if you are located outside of the Brisbane area. A copy of your proof of purchase (Tax Invoice) will be required for all warranty claims to be honoured. If tools are to be returned to us for Warranty claims all freight charges between us and the end user will be at the expense of the purchaser.
If goods are faulty due to manufacturing error, please contact us with your repair enquiry and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Please be sure to have your proof of purchase handy because we will not be able to honour a claim without this.
