If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with products that have been supplied to you, you may return the goods to us within 7 days of you receiving the order for a full refund EXCLUDING the freight. All goods must be returned in original packaging, unused and include the following details:

• Invoice number
• Invoice date
• Reason for return
• Your contact information

We reserve the right to refuse a credit on goods if we believe the goods have been damaged or used, therefore a credit will only be issued to you once goods have passed our inspection.

Return freight costs will be covered by customer.
